New month, new (revisit) bag of beans. Let’s see what September brings us. I’ll also start tracking the 1:2 time, alongside final yield and final time.

Should’ve just started off with the last known good grind setting even if it’s a different bean. Also, it’s remarkable how lack of acidity this bag is.
